Hi, my name is Paul Garrigan. thank you for being here.
A bit of back ground on me...
I am a former senior project manager, turned Human Performance and Men’s Coach. My expertise are directly centred towards supporting men to meet their unmet potential within, engineer life on their terms by stepping into their authentic potential, and building a legacy for success in all areas of life.
My field of expertise covers Human Performance and Life Leadership, Men’s Coaching, Breath science, Somatics and Nervous system Modalities - including developing a strong body mind and spirit connection. Being able to support men to create real and sustaining transformation in their life is my gift. Helping men to see and unlock the potential and power they have within and begin to embody their unique gifts and talents is magical for me to be a part of and witness.
It is my wish and my blessings that all men engineer and create a life of inspiration and excellence.
